Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking information provided.

Once an order is marked "delivered" by USPS, I am no longer responsible for the package. If you cannot locate your package, please contact your local post office with your tracking number—they can often assist in locating it.

I am not responsible for stolen packages, delivery errors, or packages marked as "delivered" that are not found. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please send a clear photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.

I will issue a refund for the damaged item once the photo is reviewed. Replacements are not provided—refunds only.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit (not marked delivered), please allow up to 21 days for domestic orders before filing a claim.

For lost-in-transit items, I will work with you to file a claim and offer either a refund or a reshipment based on the situation.

Returns & Exchanges
